Psychologist, specialist in psychodynamic therapy and psychotraumatology

Mila has a classical education in philology, economics and psychology, as well as about 5 years of training in the psychoanalytic direction with a focus on psychotraumatology:

In her consulting work, Mila helps clients resolve crisis situations and clarify internal conflicts, with a special focus on working with psychological trauma (PTSD).

Since 2021 — volunteer at Вигор, psychological support for people after stroke.

Since 2020, she has been working in the field of nutrition & lifestyle coaching, helping clients build a nutrition and lifestyle system focused on supporting energy, performance and high quality of life. She uses preventive and functional medicine approaches, as well as coaching tools for building sustainable habits.

She received her professional education at PreventAge Lifestyle School in Health Coaching, functional and clinical nutrition. Currently advancing her qualifications at the University of Educational Medicine (UEM) in the field of neurocoaching.

Author of the Breakfast Queen masterclasses — a signature program about healthy breakfasts, food culture and building a balanced diet as the foundation for long-term health and well-being.
